This website uses so-called Google Fonts, provided by Google, to ensure a uniform display of typefaces. When you access a page, your browser loads the required fonts into its cache to display texts and typefaces correctly.

If your browser does not support Google Fonts, a standard font from your computer will be used.

Further information about Google Fonts is available at https://developers.google.com/fonts/faq and in Google’s privacy policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy?hl=de.

The company is certified under the “EU-US Data Privacy Framework” (DPF). The DPF is an agreement between the European Union and the United States intended to ensure compliance with European data protection standards when data is processed in the United States. Every company certified under the DPF undertakes to comply with those standards. Further information is available from the provider at the following link: https://www.dataprivacyframework.gov/participant/5780.

Validary company pilot inquiries

The static website is hosted by Strato. The form request is handled by an API and a PostgreSQL database on a Hetzner server. The contact details and optional message are stored in the database and sent by email to info@valiax.eu. Database records are deleted after 365 days; if an inquiry leads to a pilot or business relationship, the records needed for that relationship are handled under the applicable retention rules. Emails remain in the mailbox while they are needed to handle the inquiry or relationship. Technical connection logs may also be created by the hosting, reverse-proxy and email providers. The form does not send an automatic confirmation.
